What are the costs involved in hiring Aaron Jones to help find your property?
As a buyer, you don’t pay for my services directly. Instead, the agents receive an agreed-upon portion of the listing agent's sales commission (usually about half), which is paid by the seller.
If you're thinking this structure works against you by giving a buyer's agent an incentive to let you pay more than you need to, consider this:
The increase in a buyer's agent commission on, say, a $5,000 to $10,000 jump in price would be only $125 to $250. I am engaged in the business full time and simply am not going to risk my reputation. This place is one of the most fun businesses in the lakes area for kids, or adults who are creative, and likes to paint! Kurio Kastle is a pottery painting "palace," for anyone and everyone! You pick from an extensive array of pottery to paint, from cute animals, to mugs, and dishware. You can then stencil or draw on them, then paint it! Your masterpiece is then glazed, and put in the kiln to fire. After that, you pick it up, and take it home to enjoy! Its even a perfect place for birthday parties.

Ruthven Meat Locker is a local family owned business. Ruthven Locker at the Lakes is their 2nd retail store (with the original Meat Processing plant being a staple in the small town of Ruthven, Iowa). They are a full service meat shop providing their customers with excellent high quality cuts of beef & pork. Also provided are smoked meat snacks which they make right on site in Ruthven. Sure to please even the pickiest of palates! Ruthven Meat Locker prides themselves on promoting other local small businesses by selling them in our Spirit Lake store. You find everything from fine wood pieces to local honey, microgreens, baked goods, and delicious cheesecake. The Butcher’s Wife is always available to answer your questions and take special orders.
